Contract for the provision of paid services

The Customer, on the one hand, and the “Baby Comfort Nurse Recruitment Agency” represented by O.V. Kudyarova, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", on the other hand, collectively referred to as the "Parties", and separately as the "Parties", have concluded this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on the following.
1.Subject of the contract
1.1The Contractor undertakes to perform the following services for the Customer:
babysitting (baby sitter) services (hereinafter referred to as Services), and the Customer undertakes to accept the result of the Services rendered and pay for them.
1.2The Contractor undertakes to provide Services with the involvement of third parties.
1.3The Customer undertakes to fill out the Questionnaire specified in Appendix 1 of this Agreement. The data of the Questionnaire will be familiarized with the nurse, who will directly perform the Services of a babysitter.
1.4The services must be provided by the Contractor no longer than the deadline specified in the application (by means of messages in WhatsApp, or by application through the website www.babycomfort.agartu.kz)
2.The order of delivery and acceptance of services
2.1The Contractor undertakes to provide high-quality Services in accordance with the Customer's request.
2.2The Customer undertakes to indicate in the questionnaire the most detailed and reliable information for the possibility of providing quality Services.
2.3In case of cancellation of the Service order two hours or less before the start of the Service, the prepayment in the amount specified in clause 3.2. of this agreement is not refunded.
3.Price and payment procedure
3.1 The cost of the Service must be calculated on the website www.babycomfort.agartu.kz, or contact the Agency by phone call
3.2The Customer, when ordering the Service, makes an advance payment in the amount of 4,000 Tenge (four thousand Tenge). The remaining amount is paid immediately after the completion of the Service.
3.3If the Customer extends the time of rendering the Service, or is delayed by more than 15 minutes, payment is made according to the price list.
3.4The minimum time for the provision of Services is 2 (two) hours.
3.5If the end time for the provision of Services is later than 22.00, the Customer undertakes to pay for the taxi to the nurse at his own expense.
4.Final provisions
4.1The Agreement comes into force from the moment of making the prepayment specified in clause 3.2. of this Agreement.
4.2The Customer's data is indicated in the questionnaire specified in Appendix 1 of this Agreement and is an integral part of the agreement. All data specified in the questionnaire is confidential information and is not subject to disclosure to third parties, except for the case specified in clause 1.3 of this Agreement.
